The business was established in January 2002, by Kiran Noonan (nee Makkar), who has worked at National Board level of a major finance recruiter, a major private group, through to London Search and Selection, spanning a total of 17 years in the business.

 

 The primary areas of business are within commerce and industry, together with senior roles within professional services. The business is primarily client driven, with search and advertised assignments. Clients range from SME’s to AIM and OFEX listed companies, through to major LSE / FTSE listed groups.

 

 In addition to recruitment, Kiran is personally qualified as an Executive and Personal Development coach, with one of the major coaching organisations in the UK. She offers one-to-one management coaching and mentoring, together with team coaching to both business and personal clients.
